Woodruff House Projects is an architectural design and interiors studio based in New York. Sam Friedberg and Andrea Recalde are both graduates of the Cooper Union School of Architecture and have worked with the likes of Jacques Grange, Robert Couturier, Diller Scofidio & Renfro, and Michael McCaffery Architects among others.
We are a team that approaches each project with respect to the history and idiosyncrasies of place. No two projects, clients, or sites are alike and we approach each with its own set of rules. Our philosophy stems from our education and practice of creating architecture, design, and art with respect to the world around us. Our intimate knowledge of technical detail and creative touch allows us to have a hand in both the design and construction of each project.
